Ordered a $16 chicken sandwich with fries, $14 salad. The salad was a tiny portion. The chicken sandwich (dirty bird) had undercooked chicken and no flavor. The fries were absolutely tiny and drenched in cooking oil. Soggy and plain gross. Ordered drinks and got our food before our drinks arrived. We had to remind the server about our drinks which took another 10-15 minutes to recieve. Always wanted to try this place and now I know. Don’t waste your time coming here. Too expensive for what you get.

What happened Roadside? What used to be a decent experience is now so horrendous that I don’t think we’ll return. Roadside has always been a place we can pop through for a quick drink and/or meal, but today’s experience will have us staying away.

Ordered a craft beer which was very good. I was able to sample a couple to decide. Great service & friendly people. Ordered a chicken swiss. & bacon burger to go. The char on the chicken was perfectly seared. Very good. My son inhaled his so we know it was!

Not sure if they have new ownership or the BBQ place is their focus. We ordered from their regular menu. The Elotes salad was dry and cold. The Dirty Bird Chicken sandwich was also dry, over deep fried and the toppings were flavorless. The shoestring fries were not bad, but shouldn’t be the highlight. It tasted as though they use the same oil for fish and chicken? The service was average at best on a night and time in which it wasn’t busy. We had to ask for a beer list. The specialty cocktails were very good.

The food was top notch. The appetizers were creative and sized to easily share. Our waitress, Sunny, was delightful. She was helpful and patiently answered all our questions and confirmed with the kitchen and the bar when she didn’t know something.

So last week I ordered a bacon cheese burger with fried onions and wanted peanut butter added. Yes, it’s great. They said they didn’t have it at first but later came up with it. It was so delicious. Tonight went with the same thing. No fried onions were on burger, and loaded tots are a gimik now for the same money. The order was to go, and there were no utensils. If they want to save money go with cheaper napkins that you wouldn’t need if you had utensils. I’m so disappointed. I guess I’ll find another place

Great atmosphere. At times it is very busy. The food has been touch and go. I am a frequent visitor and I can honestly say I never know if I am going to be astonished with flavor or let down with grease and lack of balance. Great rotating selection of IPA’s, however their cocktail choices in my personal opinion are a miss. Its an easy choice for an easy night with friends. Not my first choice for a date night.

It seems they have made some changes to their menu. The chicken sandwich was fine but had a lot of extra stuff on it like aioli and coleslaw and honey. I liked the chicken sand which they had before this one better. The onion rings were quite tasty! The fries were skinny and don’t stay hot very long. Bacon burger was very tasteful! Pulltabs a plus!!
