Server was great. Friendly and attentive. I enjoyed my breakfast. Avocado on whole grain toast with fruit. I appreciate this particular healthy option. We stopped here on purpose while driving to SC because ihop has avocado. Dining room needs better lighting or brighter decor to make it a cheerios place to be for breakfast.

We were visiting from Ohio for a family reunion. When my family and I arrived for breakfast on Friday morning, no one greeted us, although there were two waitresses sitting at a table who looked at us and didn’t say anything. We stood there for a moment when they were told by someone, I’m assuming the manager, to greet us and show us to a table. I had to ask one of the waitresses to wipe off one end of the table. Everything was fine after that. We returned on Sunday for breakfast and they got some of our orders wrong, which they were quick to correct, but I probably would not return to this particular IHOP.

First off I wanted to say this IHOP has did a very good change over management over the last few months. The service was excellent, the food was good , and the atmosphere was excellent. It was a tall black gentleman who we asked was he the manager and he said yes I think his name was Makah or something like that hopefully I’m spelling his name right. He did a wonderful job as far as sitting us quickly , taking our orders and me and my husband liked that fact that he calmed down our lovely 1 year old son because he was crying. Absolute best person I’ve seen in any restaurant we’ve been to. I will be returning just to see his lovely smile. You guys did a wonderful job IHOP mind you it was him and other young lady serving yesterday and they had a little business but they maintained it and got everyone out and quick

We went to Commerce IHOP and had a really bad experience.First off there was only one server and a cook there. The server was rude and argued with us about the all you can eat pancakes that came with the breakfast combos. When they brought our food out mine was wrong and cold , my husband didn’t receive part of his food . We was asked if we wanted to speak to a manager and we said yes . So the server had to call the manager from her home to come up there. She got there and we explained what had happened and she said she would take care of it. Which I told her to take my food off because I never got my fixed plate . We ended up paying $32.00 for one plate and three drinks , she charged us for to go cups instead of the drinks we had while sitting almost an hour for our food, which we never got a refill . We will never go back to there again . Oh and there wasn’t but 4 tables with people at them while we was there. If they are going g to be open they need to make sure there is at least two servers and a manager there at all times !!!!

This def was the worse service over ever received. Really didn’t receive any service was sat down and that was it. Server finally came back after the argument between all the staff in the middle of the floor and took drink orders. Another 20 min we received drinks. 30 min later she comes back and says the big party in the back has our orders delayed and we should have food in 5 min. All these times coming to the table never once refilled my drink while waiting an hour for food of course my drink is empty. My two small children are definitely hungry by now. Still no food. So we got up left no one said a thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food was very good. My only problem was the manager placed an extra salad and I thought it was part of my meal so I ate it. When I got the bill I was charged for the extra salad when it was the managers fault for putting it on my table. When a business makes a mistake they are supposed to take that off the bill. That is the way it has always been.

This was the best IHOP experience I have ever had. Our server, Kristin W, was so kind, capable, and she went above and beyond. The food was absolutely scrumptious. My group of five all ordered wonderful dishes and enjoyed them immensely. I don’t live in the area, but if I did, I would return here every Sunday. Thanks for the love, IHOP ❤️

My food was good. Big Colorado omlette with pancakes and coffee after driving all night, oh yeaaahhh! Service was just fine. It was early in the AM so not very busy. My only complaint was the atmosphere music. Rap noise does not pair well with any meal at any time. Could very well have effect on empty seats on a Saturday AM.
