I have been here numerous times and when the fat manager with the mustache is there the food is lukewarm or cold. One should not have to ask for fresh food chicken. Even more, I’ll observe him tell some people it will be a few minutes because chicken is still cooking while he’ll serve cold food, then wait for the person to complain. He has done this several times with me. He will serve cold food then wait as I eat and taste. Just serve fresh food to your customers.

Ordered the gizzard meal, which they had to cook fresh, which is wonderful. except for when the 3 piece meal is packaged and just sits on the counter chilling while the other meal cooks. Call me crazy but I wanted 2 hot meals not one. I mean come on just common sense people.

Very professional staff, lobby area clean. It took quite awhile before I received my food. 20 to 25 minutes. Actually it was taking so long I left without the food not refund. I didn’t want to cause a scene. I call the location and spoke with the manager, she apologized and informed me that they were short handed. I suggested to close the lobby area. I will go back to see how they perform with a full crew.

(picture is attached) Simple math is not their strong suit. I walked in and ordered a number 2 which is supposed to be 7 tenders with a side and a large drink. I guess I should have checked the box before I left or monitored the kid behind the counter. I came home with 4 tenders and a handful of fries. I would be ashamed if I owned this place. Take pride in everything you do in life and please teach your employees to at least count to 10. Good Lord imagine if I would have ordered a 20 count for my family?

I stop by this place all the time after work and it’s normal great. For today it was horrible. The employees were arguing. They was throwing the chicken. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for a simple order. This place has lost my respect.
