Absolute trash. We ordered the night of 3/20 and I almost want to go back tomorrow and ask for a refund. My meal did not come with chicken and instead I got some kind of dry and crumbly mystery meat. Gross!

Have been driving past this food truck for more than a year now. Decided tonight that we would give them a try since we live close by. Ordering experience was fine although it did seem to take longer than expected for a food truck and they were not busy at all. The food was tasteless, dry and just not good. I had three tacos that were supposed to be two ground beef and one steak. What I got was two chicken and one steak. My wife ordered a combo #2 and the enchilada had no sauce. All the meat was dry and mostly flavorless. On top of all that, the sauces provided where absolutely terrible. I’m not one for writing bad reviews but this needed to be said. It was a Monday night in early August 2023.

First the order which was placed and paid for online was 25 minutes late, so it took one hour. Next so many things were wrong in the order and missing. We went back twice to get it corrected but they wouldn’t give us what we paid for. I ended up paying over $9 for one of my tacos which I had to throw out because it tasted and smelled bad. The rice pudding was white rice swimming in a bowl of liquid horchata drink. The horchatas didn’t have any ice and were warm. The whole thing was a bad experience and I would never go back. We paid $40 for 2 people and I ended up having to eat a sandwich after. Very disappointing.

Me and my husband are huge fans of Gabriel’s Taqueria taco truck. They are always so friendly taking our order and the food is AMAZING. Sometimes the wait can be long but it is so worth it. We have never left this food truck unhappy. Highly recommend!

I loved it! I don’t usually eat burritos, but I tried one because mi hermano told me they were good. I had a pork burrito and it was huge and very good. I usually eat enchiladas, I’m going to try those next time if they have them. I have read that people waited for a long time to get their food, I did not have that experience. I think it was a fairly short wait. Even if I had to wait a long time, I think it would be worth it.

They’re only getting a 2 because the food was good. We waited 45 minutes with 4 orders in front of us and the order was wrong when we got it. This was after the typical lunchtime. We ordered 2 tacos and 2 tamales and got 4 tacos. It would be fine if we hadn’t specifically ordered vegetarian and got all meat. Someone in front of us had their order messed up as well.
