Awesome food (ordered pasta dishes and piadas), friendly staff, very clean. Today was the grand opening and it was smooth. This place is an Italian Chipotle. You watch them make the food in front of you so vegetarian options are very feasible.

My wife & I attended the VIP soft opening, and WOW we loved it. We both had avocado piadas with steak, pepperoni sticks, and the cannoli dessert. It was all delicious and the staff very cheery. Hopefully this will carry on well beyond opening weekend. I look forward to trying other items – because it all looks great. Bravo!

I visited Piada on Glenway Ave. Which was very interesting to me ! I was very satisfied with my order and the staff was very nice and organized and they had great customer service. It was fast and quick and really good. I tried the Mariana with penne pasta with Italian sausage it was delicious so if you want to go somewhere that has pasta for your lunch break instead of the FAKE greasy burger they shovel out of McDonald’s… GO TO PIADA!

I’ve been eating at Piada for a while now, first at the NKY location and then Clifton. I was excited when I heard one was coming here to the Westside. I love the power bowl. It’s the only dish I get! I did see they offer another variation, but online only (pick up), that I will try. My son has tried various dishes from them and has been pleased (we’re foodies!). I gave 4 stars on the atmosphere because it’s lacks a bright, airy, and vibrant setting. I ate at this location two days in a row, so that’s saying something. They also have a drive-throogh pickup window, which the other locations mentioned do not have.

I’ve never been to a Piada before and walking in the door the atmosphere was amazing, great service, everyone is friendly and has a smile on their face. I could go on about how awesome the service and atmosphere is but the food is amazing as well. Everything is fresh and looks and taste amazing. 10/10 will definitely be a regular here!!!

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for quite some time but never felt like making the drive to try it out. This location finally opened up by my house so I hopped right on it. I didn’t think it would be all that because I’m such a picky eater but oh my gosh… ITS AMAZING. The service is the best I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Everything is 100% fresh and looks so amazing. We came on their very first night open and to our surprise, each customer got a free entree and drink. I have no regrets. This is the new chipotle! Whoever gave a 4 star review on their first day open is crazy!
