The cashier was rude. I had asked for a sundae with nuts for my combo but asked to get it after eating, as we were dinning in. and when I went to retrieve my Sundae was rudely told nuts were extra. As if I was trying to get one over on them. I asked how much nuts were? Was told 50 cents and I paid the difference.

I would have given this Dairy Queen a full 5 stars but after how rude and hateful the second time we went through to order our ice cream I can’t possibly give it any higher than a 1. After spending almost $70 with them and a piece of our order not given to us when we came around a second time for dessert and to get the item missing from our order (with receipt in hand) they wanted to belittle and laugh at us when it was their mistake to begin with no I will never be back to this Dairy Queen ever again! Please let me make it clear this was the this past Saturday’s 1st shift employees that acted so childish and unprofessional.

I got flamethrower burger with cheese curds my mother a chicken strip meal. Mine tasted like rubber my cheese curds were hard and greasy tasting and had bad after taste, my mother’s chicken was dry as can be. And gravy was slimy.

Food was good service not so much. I have always thought of Dairy Queen as a fast food place, not sit for an hour and eat. If I’m going to take that kind of time for lunch is shure as hell won’t be a poorly cooked burger and fries.
