I ordered from them..3rd and last time… always late. 2 hours after I ordered, I called and they couldn’t tell me where my order was. I asked for a refund and said this was the 3rd time this had happened and the kid on the phone replied… that’s not my problem and hung up on me. I called back, asked for a manager and what clearly sounded like a teenager said that they were the manager, refused to give me their name. I tried to explain that I was calling to get a refund. He wanted to argue. Wouldn’t take my name and hung up on the 2nd time. Horrible customer service and they seem to be very proud of it too.

My visit to Jimmy John’s turned into an unexpected disaster. The teenagers manning the counter were more focused on their phones and loud music than actually making my sandwich. Amidst their careless attitude, a chubby boy with curly hair stood out as the only one with the respect to apologize for their chaotic behavior. To make matters worse, they managed to spill soda on the floor, leaving a sticky mess that no one seemed interested in cleaning up. It’s a shame that the only sign of professionalism came from a single employee. Clearly, there’s a need for better management to ensure a smoother and more respectful dining experience for customers. If you’re looking for a hassle-free meal, I’d suggest avoiding this Jimmy John’s until they get their act together.

woof this place has gone downhill. took an extremely long time for 2 sandwiches. whole time we were waiting the employees were yelling discussing bacterial infections – ew. not what i want to hear while waiting for you to prepare my meal. plus they were out of chicken. ridiculous. don’t come here.

10 out of 10 definitely recommend for a delicious sub. Only issue is the lettuce is shaved so this it will wither on a sub. If you place a order for later get the lettuce on the side. Otherwise better that jersey Mike’s and wayyy better than subway. If I could combine them with a Publix fixings/ toppers this would be sub heaven

Ordered from door dash, took over an hour and a half for our order, and they did not drop it off where the instructions said so we could not find it. They didn’t answer a single call so we had to drive there to get in contact with anyone. 10/10 don’t order from them online

All my pick up orders have been spot on. My coworker orders delivery all the time, so I tried it today for the first time. Well, that was an hour ago. No food yet, and my lunch break is now over. So I guess, I have no lunch, and by the time my food arrives, my boss will be back, and I cannot eat it. So bummed. Never again will I order delivery.

We ordered lunch via the app over an hour ago. It doesn’t even say it’s out for delivery yet. I’ve called 8+ times and continue to call and all it does is ring and then I get hung up on. This is the third time this has happened to me in the last few months. Third time is a charm, I will not be giving them any more of my business. With all of the options in the Gainesville area, especially with the multitude of delivery services available, they really are making a mistake.

On sundays employees take up the booths while watching loud videos on phones. They do not greet you when you enter and seem irritated that you have come in. Lights are not on and tea is not made. We will not be back.
