Great food with tons of options. The salad bar is the best around!! A great and vast tap beer selection. Fun arcade for the kids. Lots of TVs with a huge, beautiful patio space. Laura gave amazing and friendly/ welcoming service. Made us feel special. We will be back!!

We used BB Jacks for our rehearsal dinner, and we did not have a good experience. They were nice to work with at the beginning when we got scheduled, but the actual event was a nightmare. We had a private room reserved for 6pm. There was one server for about 35 of us. She did as best a job as she could, nothing against her, especially considering I don’t think management communicated things with her ahead of time. When we were confirming plans, we had requested that the server take our drink orders, but since she didn’t come in for the first time until around 6:30, most of our guests had to go to the bar and get their own drinks. We had a taco buffet, which I thought would’ve been set up and ready to go by 6pm. It was nearly 7pm before it was ready. We also didn’t have enough food for our group (which ended up being a few less than we had originally planned), and the last couple people had to wait for them to bring more. Overall, not happy with our experience and would not recommend for a rehearsal dinner venue.

We’ve been there many times over the years and always been happy with the service and food. Great atmosphere and outdoor area, sometimes with great music. The only thing that bothers me is the number of plastic straws being used. In this day and age with the need to be conscious about the environment, less use of plastic is essential! I don’t think a straw in every large water glass (as well as most sodas and drinks) is necessary. A lot of people don’t even drink the water if they have another beverage. It’s such an unnecessary waste. I think people would ask for a straw if they wanted one. Or have the servers ask if they want a straw in their soda…Just an observation that may save you some money as well.

We came in today for lunch and it was great! I had a steak sandwich and my wife had the salad bar (which was HUGE!) Our server Millie was outstanding! She made us feel welcome and never skipped a beat; even though the restaurant was packed! We will definitely be back to see her! Great Job!

We were seated right away, waitress came took our order and then she disappeared. The manager brought our food out, he nor anyone else came back to see how the food was or if we needed a refill of drinks. The waitress magically appeared after we were done eating just long enough to drop the bill on our table, take the plates and was never seen again. I won’t even get into the bland no seasoned food. What a disappointment. Expected far more.

Tried this place out on a Wednesday evening for dinner at around 6pm. We chose to sit at the bar instead of wait for a table which was about 20 minutes. Clearly a kid friendly place. We saw several large tables of 15 or more with family groups. Bartenders are pros at ignoring the kids who can’t wait for their waitress. Beers on tap were all standbye brands and they have video screens displaying what is on tap. Out screen was off and they had no tap menu to look at. I believe one bartender was in training who served us. Overall this place was average, food was better than the service and perhaps we missed out as the pizza seemed to be the big seller. I had a Cubano slathered in ground mustard, without the mustard it had little flavor. I coukldnt distinguish any flavor between the meats.

Dave and busters has nothing on this place! Food is amazing, facility is amazing and the service is spot on!! Ask for Nikki to be your server and your experience will be even better! 2hr game pass for only 21.00 and half price pizza on Monday! Specials you can’t go wrong with!

Wanted to like this place. Cool place and atmosphere, but the service was slow. Server had said the kitchen was backed up, but place seemed fairly empty for a Saturday night; a little over an hour to get three entrees. Food came out luke- warm at best. Nothing to write home about.
