I’ll start by saying I really like pizza hut. Everyone I’ve been to is good, on time and hot. The one in chino is always AT least 20 minutes late. I’ve scheduled a delivery 5-6 hours ahead of time. Nothing special. Two large pizzas. I’ve had them hang up on me, they’ve ran out of dough multiple times. What national chain pizza place runs out of dough?! I’ve ordered garlic sauce on the side and didn’t get it multiple times. I feel bad because the delivery guy has to go back and get it. The issue is I live five minutes from the place. The pizza has usually been good. Everything else has been bad. :::Update almost a year later. I ordered the new cheesesteak pizza and bread sticks. Pizza wasn’t cut bread sticks were cut through the top where the seasoning part comes off. This location needs to be shut down, or completely redone.

Ordered on line drove down waited in line at window for10 minutes finally went inside to pick up app said done. Went to pick up window they said it was not done waited another 5 minutes saw our order come out girl cut and boxed pizza xheese sticks and cinnamon sticks. Then someone came out of the back room took our cinnamon sticks to the back room. They told us they were burnt not sure they were. They never put the other parts of our order in the warmer just left them on the counter as the put through other order. I think whoever was in charge Sunday night should have got off there behinds and help the girl put stuff out of oven. No sorry about the wait. POOR SERVICE POOR MANAGEMENT TO SAY THE LEAST…

I didn’t know all this until we acutely started eating the pizza. I get a BIg Box Pizza and Pasta deal. Comes with 2 rectangular deep dish only pizzas and a pasta dish plus breadsricks,(I added cheese to the breadsticks for an additional charge). My total for this particular box came to $31 dollars and some change.

Problems! Ordered a pizza online at 5:08. Said 14 minutes. Got in the drive thru at 5:20 and didn’t get our Pie till 5:50. 30 minutes sitting in the pickup lane!!! When we get to the window after the first 15 minutes of waiting the employee takes the money and says nothing about how long it will be, he just walked off into the kitchen. 10 minutes later he comes back to say it would be a bit longer and they are running behind! This has been a problem for awhile with this store. I’m going back to Domino’s!

Never get service at this location, worst pizza hut in Arizona!!! Last time i try to eat at this location. 7:42pm at night and no one was in the store. Then the server guy appears out of no where said technically we are NOT closed but im leaving!!! I hate this store this is not the first time this has happened!
