Never had a problem tell delivery. Call to get advise of my dretched drizzle pesto and garlic casing, and just poorly prepped pizza. Between two pizzas we had 40 whole garlic cloves 3 of which were in skin lol. Manager was RUDE! Their garlic doesn’t have skin though! Keep up the good work!

Love this Mod Pizza they get my pizza right every time!!! The only thing they’ve forgotten a time or two, is my no name cake but I’m gonna blame my bf for not double checking, not the Mod team!! They’re usually packed on weekdays after 6pm so we always order online but even when they are busy, things seem under control and my food always comes out great.

Ordered mod through postmates and was pretty excited to try their create your own salad, the service was quick but unfortunately when I got my salad, all of the greens were bad. The romaine was old, the mixed greens were soggy and even so old they were gooey. I was so disappointed especially when a friend recommended. Not sure if I will ever try again.

Called the store and spoke with the manager regarding a potential fraud charge before calling my bank institution. I felt the need to give them a heads up in case it was an issue with other customers as well. The manager didn’t take my issue serious at all. Called me “dude” more times than I can count. I really hope that was a shift leader and not the GM.

I made the mistake of getting six mini pizzas for my kids and I after a few years of swearing it off because we were regularly getting poor quality food. I assumed after a couple of years it might be worth trying again after a suggestion from one child. Again, what a mistake. I had a whole slice without any toppings, my daughter didn’t have sauce which she ordered, another didn’t have pineapple which is all he truly wanted, and not one person was satisfied. I called to get a refund for the three worst ones, trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but I suppose that was my mistake also. I was told it would take 7-10 days to post to my account, amazing how quick money comes out but can’t go back in, I digress… I will never return to this establishment. For about the same amount that I paid for mini trash pies, I could have gotten a couple pizzas from Pizza Alley off 32nd and Lowell…at least that pizza is worth the cost and drive, this was just…trash. Do better people, thanks.

Visited on 5/1/23. The girl who took our order was very rude, quiet, and overall incredibly unwelcoming. We will not be back. Short, white, brunette with tattoos on right hand- heart, and tattoo on finger. Piercing in both nostrils. This description is in hopes that management actually cares about how their employees treat people and give this girl some coaching. Food is awesome, but this staff member ruined the experience.
