The food, the service, the menu are all out of the world. Hanna is a gem of a human. We haven’t been in for a while and I started dreaming of my favorite plantain dish. Out this freaking world. Hanna owns the place and puts so much love and wonder into every dish she makes. The food really is outstanding, but her vibe and the love in the place is what makes it a meal worth sharing again and again. There’s an Ethiopian place in Fort Collins?! You bet. So glad I found this place!! I was lucky enough to score the chicken dish on the night I went, and I tried the vegetable stew as well. All the spices! Perfect for a cold winter warm up. Also, a heaping side of wonderful conversation while waiting for the order… Can’t wait to go back!

Decided to try a new food for dinner tonight and ordered takeout from Raska’s. It was the best decision I’ve made all week. We ordered the traditional Ethiopoan chicken and Tedla’s delight for dinner. They were both soooo good, everything was hot, fresh and flavorful. But the absolute best part was the coconut brown rice pudding we got for dessert. OMG it was so freaking good. Will be back….tomorrow probably

We absolutely loved the food, the hospitality, and our host Hannah. I cannot tell you the lengths this beautiful lady went to today to provide us with a delicious feast of flavors and warm atmosphere. I am so humbled by her willingness to make my daughter’s last day in Colorado a special memory. I am happy to add her restaurant as one of my very favorites and cannot wait to celebrate with family at Raska’s table again. To her children, cherish your mother young ones- she is truly a gem. OMG! Amazing food lovingly prepared by super kind staff. I had the Ethiopian eggs and my husband had the chickpea stew. Both were absolutely delicious, and portions were generous. I’m not in Fort Collins often, but I will make it a point to support this fantastic restaurant again!
