Upon entry, this Blaze Pizza location is very clean. They greeted me as I entered and helped me take my order immediately. The whole process from ordering (pizza creation) to the oven and out of the oven was completed in less than 5 minutes.

Tipped but never tipping again cus the staff picks and chooses when they want to do their job correctly. Waited for 5 minutes to be helped while 6 employees just stood around even though the store was empty, was given annoyed attitude from every worker, decided to tip anyways. Got a sip of lemonade using a water cup and some rude employee takes the cup from my table and throws it away and just wasted the entire drink?? Not even a warning given. If you’re gonna take your job that serious, do it consistently instead of having your employees run around wondering where you are. Good food tho.

Blaze always has good pizza! I love the choices of toppings. They are very consistent in their quality. The only time our food was ever less than 100% exactly what we ordered was last time. They forgot the artichokes. However, it wasn’t that big of a deal.

My pizza was consistent with the good standards of Blaze Pizza franchises. However, I was there on a Friday evening during prime dinner time, so the preparation time was very long even though the line wasn’t. There were a lot of take out orders that were pre-ordered, so there were probably twice as many advance orders than there were for the people in line. Lesson: order in advance if you are taking out. I was on my way home an hour away and bought to eat in.

The only reason they get a 2-Star is because of the pizza, otherwise a single star would be gracious. Customer service, what is that? This is the most unfriendly staff I’ve ever encountered. And why have a mobile app and deals when service is pretty non-existent and the wifi is locked out? This location must be highly profitable with the lack of discounts being given due to nobody being able to access the application. Although this location is convenient, I’ll be going elsewhere so that I can use my Flames and special discounts without fail.
