I’ve ordered pizza from the nch location about 20 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME, no exaggeration, every single my order is messed up. Idk what the problem is but they can’t EVER seem to get a simple pepperoni pizza right. The delivery drivers ask for tips before you even get a chance to fill out the tip slip. I’m done ordering from larosas period.

I ordered 10 whole wings & a calzone I asked for everything to be well done & i was told 30min it came in 15 minutes literally & everything was super fresh & done !! My first bite was just so delicious & freshly hot I had to stop & tell you guys how good everything was that’s how good it really was they’re never a disappointment everytime I order from their everything is so fresh exactly what I asked for anyway make sure you guys always order at this location!!

10 folks waiting in line. Plenty of food waiting on the shelves but they were short staffed and having a super hard time getting food from the shelves to the customers waiting to pickup. Had to wait 25 minutes while my pizza sat on the shelf the whole time. The pizza tasted good though.

Ordered by phone because I was in my jeep. When I arrived it was ready to go hot and delicious. Love my LaRosa I am updating my review to very poor pizza and delivery I waited 1 1/2for my pizza after calling twice. They had a delivery driver driving around for an hour because of her phone. I paid for my additional delivery charge and left a good tip. Then I get a cold pizza with no extra cheese. Very unhappy

Called in my timed order an hour early bc I only get 30 minutes for lunch. But still 15 minutes of that was spent waiting for them to cook my food. So i got undercook cheesey bread and cold mozzarella sticks which i never even had time to eat. Least my coke was cold. $18 poorly spent.

As a long time customer of the Vine street location, I have never had a complaint until I moved to Northside, which is serviced by the College Hill location. For the last 10 times I’ve ordered, only one order has been correct. Clearly the worst location in the entire franchise. Just stay away unless you want to be made to feel like a Karen.

I was about to give LaRosa’s a 3 out of 5, but realized I’m not just rating the pizza, but the restaurant too. I’d probably give the pizza a 3 and the restaurant a 5. I ordered the other night really late in the evening (didn’t realize how late it was and that they’d close soon). I showed up at the restaurant and they knew who I was as soon as I walked in and had my pizza ready to hand off immediately, which was great. I’ve had LaRosa’s a lot as it’s the go to for my friend’s family, but this was actually my first time getting it myself. I actually missed the cutting options while ordering. It seemed to be square by default, which isn’t a huge problem, but it is definitely messier.
