Well my chips was brown and Over seasoned on the home wrecker bowl. Also seemed them using a Meat press for cooking Steak that was already cut up I’m actually very dissatisfied with the Moe’s experience never once have I seen someone actually cut the chicken or steak I believe everything already come cut and sliced and they throw it on the grill and do it again.

Welcome to Moe’s! Updating a review from my most recent visit. Stopped in for lunch around 1:30pm. Restaurant was clean and stocked. Food was fresh and delicious. My only hiccup wasn’t location based, but an issue with the app for the loyalty program. I had to send out an email to the help desk, so hopefully corporate can resolve that matter. Otherwise my visit was perfect!

I decided to try some Moe’s today for the first time in a few years. Overall, I am unsatisfied, disappointed, and will absolutely not be coming back. The prices are comparable to Chipotle, but the food is not even close to comparable. The flavors were lacking and/or off-putting. I tried to give this place a chance but I couldn’t. The service there was good, but in the end all I was looking forward to was a good lunch, and I am upset to say I did not experience that.

First and last time going to this place. I ordered 2 kids meals and a homewrecker meal. My husband’s steak was bad. His whole meal was ruined because of it. So the queso, guacamole, and homewrecrecker meal with chicken and steak was thrown out from bad meat. I’m just hoping he doesn’t end up sick. I spent a total of an hour in the restaurant, for 3 small meals. Service was extremely slow. The chips were horrible. Some were like stale tortillas.

Best customer service ever. Kudos to your worker Felicia. She greeted us with a smile, very fast got us taken care of quickly, order taken correctly. She knew the menu when asked, great overall experience because of this young lady, wish every one was pleasing as her. Will definitely be returning and recommending Moe’s because of Felicia

We have unfortunately had this catered to my job several times. The meat is sickeningly salty, the insides of the burritos are cold with undercooked, hard rice, and today, half the chips are only half cooked so they have the texture of stale tortillas. The queso is the only reason I gave it two stars. We’ve put it on our list of restaurants we don’t want food from any more as far as catering.

My friends and I tried this place for the first time yesterday.. overall horrible will not go there again we barley ate our food this place is dirty the drinks were mostly out of order and the workers do not look very profesional which made the experience worse very disgusting. I’ve seen people get moes it looked so good but I do not recommend this one!!!! Not worth the money either.

As we walked in there were no other customers there. Greeted by 2 of 3 people behind the counter. We went to place the order and only one was left to serve us. Food very good but majority of tables were not wiped down. No mild salsa available and we were told they will mix more. Eating our dinners as 3 more parties walked in. More requests for salsa and still only one serving at the counter. She began to take the 2nd parties order and finally the second person came out to help. Third party walked out after waiting in line for a while. We finished our meal, still no salsa. Used restroom before leaving, no toilet tissue and bathroom was dirty. This was definitely a very different experience from our past visits.

I forgot to follow the first rule of eating out. If you walk in at peak times (12:10pm lunch time) and it’s dead. Don’t eat there. The customer service was bad. Didn’t get the trademark moes greeting. The portioning was small. I had to ask to be rung up a second time because I wanted a drink and wasn’t asked. The tip was selected by the employee. The food wasn’t bad, but it was good either. In the 20-30 minutes I was their only half dozen people came in and only one other person stayed. Very disappointed with this experience. Do not recommend. Taco Bell would have been better.
