Quick drive through service. I ordered 2 cravings packs, and they came out hot and looking good. Unfortunately, at other locations, I’ve had them just kind of ball up the tortillas. Not here..the food looked and tasted great.

I was going to buy some food and asked to use the restroom and, they denied my access to the restroom and tried to intimidate me this is not okay . Why have a public restroom if customers can not use them , I hope they haven’t been telling elders No and having them and kids wait because this is sad and something needs to change. I decided not to comeback from being treated the way I was but I was going to get a burrito w the red chips inside and a slushy but being disrespected like that way made me not ever want to comeback.

I don’t know why I keep coming back to this Taco Bell lol. It is honestly probably one of the nastiest Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. Whoever is making the food needs to be retrained or fired. The food is always over sauced and sloppy. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because there’s an older black lady who works the drive thru and she is very nice and has great customer service. Everything else about this place is trash. Oh the drinks are good tho.
