In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I have to say this is my all time favorite checkers to stop into when I’m traveling up threw there. The staff no matter what shift are 99.7 percent extremely pleasant and even if no real communication the staff are very prompt the food being served is fresh hot and the wait is to a minimum with demands and requirements cooking serving provided the listed list on menu!!! You have to stop in and place your own thoughts and opinions.. I do believe this little fast food place needs more recognition just saying

The food was perfect! Fresh and on point. The staff was very friendly and very fast!! I’m a day late this was on 8-8-2023 in the afternoon. But the last couple times we have ate here it’s been a wonderful experience as well!!

The staff and management were terrible. I asked for extra mayonnaise for my burger and she said we don’t have any and slammed the door in my face. I then asked if they could just put the extra mayo right on the burger the manager said we can’t do that. I then asked for a refund.

My wife and I went to checkers for lunch. Haven’t been to checkers in years. We ordered Large Big Buford meal and Spicy Chicken Large Meal. Both sandwiches were drenched in mayonnaise and was very sloppy made nor up to standard. Came back to location to get a refund for both meals and white male Manager on duty around 12:49pm @12/29 snatched the receipt and food from my wife then we asked him a simple question if the refund could be given back in cash but he aggressively stated no and snatched everything that we gave back to him. I would not recommend this location nor checkers as whole. Checkers will never change, always had bad service. I will never come back to this location or checkers. Spend your money somewhere that’s deserving over checkers.Checkers need to get better employees and managers to manage the establishment.

Waiting in line for 30 minutes for the car in front of me to get food, then I’m told that they are closed 10 minutes before closing time. I was yelled at by employees because apparently there is a button that shuts everything down 10 minutes before closing. The staff a very disrespectful and should of come out and let the cars know that they are closed.

This was the absolute fastest drive thru experience I have ever had. The food was perfect. Every piece of bacon on my burger was crisp. The workers were friendly and fast. Nice work! I will certainly eat here again soon!

Enjoyed their wonderful food, as usual. My companion had never eaten at Checkers before, and was bowled over by how good the food was, esp. the seasoned fries. There was a discrepancy over our order, but the manager handled the matter courteously to the point where I told her that I would definitely be referring all people to Checkers, as I usually do. Excellent manager!

Got a simple order. Woman that served us was amazing. Got a hot fudge cheesecake Sunday. Took a bite and almost threw up. It was rotten. Called about it the woman wouldn’t even listen to me. Just kept saying it’s not rotten we clean the machine every night. Told her I would be back for a refund. Got there and she refused a refund. Said she gave two customers a free Sunday to test and they all tested one. They are not even that busy. Then my husband got loud with her which he never does with anyone but he was aggravated in the fact that she was rude to him and myself. I have known my husband for 18 years. He has never said the N word not even playing or as a slang. So when he cam back with the receipt and the ice cream I asked what happened. I went back up there and politely asked for a refund and the first thing she did was accuse my husband of calling her the N word. Then told me she was the store owner. She is not the store owner!

Went on Saturday around 5. 3 female workers just sitting outside. I go thru drive thru and they say only cash. Okay i park up and walk out. All 3 workers roll their eyes and say that its only cash. I say I know. Then they look upset and annoyed and I order sandwhiches just the sandwhich. Then a 2 for 5 and a milkshake. Milkshake was melted ice cream, and the sandwiches were cold. I could literally take the chicken patty and use it for cement filling. It was so hard. I get their mad they have to work at checkers but at least have a smile and give people good service. I would have spent more money if I had felt more welcomed. I was the only one there so its not like a super busy time. The place did look clean though at least they had that. Just obvious that the workers didnt want to work and were inconvenienced for having me there order.
