First time here and overall the look and feel of the place was very nice and modern esp for dine-in. The wait staff was excellent, had no issues here. They offered a traditional menu of Italian food and many daily specials which they change often it seems and that’s great for variety.

Outstanding pizza and service. Pulled in after a disastrous trip to Kennedy airport. A friendly welcome that was just what I needed. Pizza cooked to perfection in a wood burning oven. Sauce maybe the best I’ve tasted in the last 30 years. Took me back to when I was a kid in NYC and there was lots of great pizza in places where they knew you and took care of you. Now it’s rare and you’re lucky to find a place like La Villa.

Never again! Been coming here for yrs. Without a doubt they got the best chicken rolls. Was coming the last 2 days but they were sold out. So today I decided to do a 30 mile bike ride there and a employee told me to take my $5000 bike outside even though it wasn’t in the way of anyone. He said to chain it up outside since I was afraid of it being stolen. No one with a race bike carries a chain. Never again ill spend my money here or at any other locations, the disrespect cost more than I can afford.

First time at this location. I had been to others in Brooklyn and Howard Beach years ago. I had a grandma slice which tasted good but the crust was very pale and dry which was surprising. I also sampled a regular Napolitano slice. It had a nice balanced flavor and a better crust than the grandma. Overall a good visit, but not quite as I had remembered. I think New Park nearby has a better slice, in my opinion.

Not the worst and not the best grandma skice pizza, but good. Service was just okay. The lead person or host wasn’t warm but he gave us very basic hospitality. However, our waiter was wonderful. Unfortunately she was responsible for waiting on both inside and outside customers. They needed another waiter not fair to her. Then to top the dining experience, their was a couple in the men’s bathroom having a discussion or doing who knows what. I will not be returning unless I had an emergency need to eat.

Last night I ordered dinner which included a order of stuff shells and a side of rigatoni with marinara sauce. The shells were ok nothing to write home about my problem was with the rigatoni. Seriously $15 for a side of pasta. La Villa’s prices are ridiculous a month ago I paid $6 for the same pasta. Will definitely be ordering less.

Pizza was good. The sauce was good, the cheese was alright. The wood cooked dough was great. Pepperoni could of been more flavorful. Customer service was great. Indoor and outdoor tables were clean. The ambiance gives you cozy feeling. They’re in a shopping mall so parking can feel crazy at times. This pizza is worth a first time trip and maybe a second if you’re near by. Would I take a 1hr ride to try this pizza. Absolutely not. Nothing special but it is a great pizza joint. Like many customers have stated, its very EXPENSIVE. The pizza does not justify the prize. You’re paying neighborhood premium. I think you can get a better deal at New Park Pizza that is a few minutes away(strictly Pizza experience).

I went to LA Villa years ago in Brooklyn. I guess the menu on crossbay is different, or they changed it. I was very disappointed they didn’t have stuffed shells or ravioli. I ordered chicken parm, and it reminded me of a frozen patty and pasta with Alfredo sauce. The sauce was very watery. Sad cause I remembered I once enjoyed their food
