They don’t close at 7pm they close when they want to . So don’t make a special trip for it bc you will likely be disappointed. We went there before 6pm, door was locked but open sign was on. When I called, the guy mentioned it was slow so they closed. I love pita pit. Hopefully my timing will be right next time. Or at least the sign will be off so I’m not excited for nothing.

Absolutely Horrible customer service!!!!It use to be my FAVORITE spot when Manny, Leon and Mr. Green worked there! Almost a year ago! We were regulars! Now They have only one person running the store every time! I went in to make my order. There was nobody in the building at the time except my son and I. He was making someones online order. Once he was done he looked at me and as he was walking back to the back of the building he said “I’m taking a break come back in about 25 min”. I said Um excuse me I don’t have time for that can you just make my pita there is nobody in here then go take ur break. He said NO! Told me to leave and he called security for me to leave cause he couldn’t take a break with me in there. All while my son was using there bathroom. He refused to tell me his name or his boss’s name! Young, tall, Caucasian male! Has no customer service skills and very disrespectful!! I will travel the distance needed to go to a different location just so we don’t have to experience that again or deal with him!
