Okay so we got there at 7:58 PM. (YES, I timed this visit) I left at 8:22 PM. My order was 24 dollars I certainly was not expecting it to take 24 minutes. Another issue that I noticed was that the cashiers didn’t actually ring up the order until I got to the window. i know this because the time on my receipt says 8:21 PM. I have worked in the restaurant industry long enough to know that is how they are cheating the system to make it seem like they are moving fast when in reality they are actually moving incredibly slow. I mean why does it take 24 minutes to get chicken? I was late for a very important meeting bc of the way the drive thru is =, you cannot just drive off in the case of emergency, you are STUCK. This is utterly disappointing, and I love Popeyes, but I do not think I will be back. The expense of the food does not equate to the service and speed of service that I received.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. The girl taking my order had an AirPod in and kept asking customers to speak up when ordering. The older man (I’m assuming manager) was extremely disrespectful. Accused multiple customers of asking for extra cups when he’s the one who forgot to hand them out. Also threw my food on the counter and forgot my sides. Get better, it’s really not that hard to be nice to the people that pay your bills. Just sayin

Thanks AGAIN for making me waste my money and TIME for the wrong order….just spent 50 bucks on a family meal, ordered mild, got spicy, now NONE of my family will eat it. Awesome. That’s after the staff was rude as hell taking my order.

Don’t close until 11pm, pulled up at 9:45pm, they already setting up to close, done gave away all the food to their friends. How you out of chicken and everything except small mashed potatoes?!?! Will definitely be calling corporate Monday morning.

Ordered 10 piece meal, 1 breast, 2 thighs, 3 legs, 3 wings and 1 piece that no one could identify. The chicken was dry and not very edible. The biscuits were hard and also inedible. We spent $30 and we all were very disappointed. We will never be back. Picture of unknown piece is attached.
