Food is consistently ok, service is often terrible. Today is was extra terrible, I ordered my pizza 45 minutes ago. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes, I arrived at the appropriate time and paid and have sat in my car for close to a half hour. I still haven’t gotten my food. Never got my pizza, got a refund after an hour. Waste of time.

If you know me from my foodie reviews, then you know that I am very honest and that I very rarely complain about pricing, because I am always willing to pay good money for good food! However, this is pizza hut. With that said, DO NOT purchase from this location! And if what Caleb informed me, is true, stop eating Pizza Hut all together! My husband ordered 1 medium pizza, 1 large pizza, bread sticks and an order of wings. The total came to $89!!! I placed a mock order on the app and the total came to $43!!! When I called the store back and asked for an explanation on the difference, Caleb informed me that there are deals that they can’t do “over the phone”! While I was willing to believe him, something didn’t feel right. I called back from my kids phone and placed an order for the same thing and it came to $49 (I’m guessing the delivery fee was included in this total)!!! Now I feel duped (and profiled, but that’s another story) We get pizza at least twice a week and always tip $20 to the delivery driver, no matter what, and $50-$100 on holidays (depending on the holiday). Sadly, this chain will never experience our patronage again, especially not THIS location! I am going to call their corporate office tomorrow as well, because this was robbery. In no world does 2 pizzas, wings and bread sticks cost $100.

The food is exactly what you always get from pizza hut but the service is so slow. I order directly from them for pickup and end up waiting in the parking lot an extra 10 to 15 mins every time. For a company that big you would think they would be able to estimate how long it takes to make a pizza this late in the game.

Usually I love your pizza but today it was horrible it literally looked like little Caesars pizza. I think maybe the dough didn’t rise correctly. If I wasn’t so hungry I would take the pizza back. Just wanted to let ya know something wasn’t right with the dough.

Ordered at 8:45 online. Two hours later, still no order despite the fact that I was emailed a receipt and they charged my card. Tried calling the store which is now passed closing hours to get my money refunded and was hung up on as soon as someone picked up the phone multiple times.

The BNY was dry and the Crust was very hard, he said he’ll never order that pizza again and it was very grease, my fiancee was very disappointed and asked for my pizza and I had the wonderful delicious stuffed crust with ham as my topping, we all have different taste buds but I didn’t want to try his pizza
