Edit 12/22/22 – Manager of the store reached out and took my concern very serious. Made a fresh batch and had them delivered as a goodwill gesture, which I very much appreciate. Changed to 3 star instead of 1. Will order again in the future and adjust upwards if my next order is correct. How Justin handled this was excellent customer service.

Overall just pretty disappointing. I made a mobile order, when I arrived they told me they were not opening until 8:45. They did give me the order, but none of it was made correctly. No cold foam on drinks that I spent the money to get cold foam on. Wrong flavored drinks. I’ve gone a few times trying to give them chances. But really, just go to somewhere off base.

Can never order an iced black coffer because they are “out of iced coffee.” Used to be pretty decent when they first opened, but has been consistently getting worse. If you’re looking for coffee on base, try Awake Coffee Shop in Fall Hall. 100% better!

They were out of 3 of the 4 donuts I ordered. I asked them to just pick 3 random donuts instead, my mistake for trusting them to make customer friendly decisions, instead they added 3 of the exact same, Valentines Day donuts. It’s March 3, not Feb 14. Super disappointing. On top of that, the donuts weren’t fresh.

Highly recommend the General Manager Christal Kelley engage in the operation of this establishment that falls under the umbrella of exchange services. This establishment is not following posted hours as posted on the door and the products are completely subpar. My recommendation to the GM is to contact Dunkin Donuts headquarters and get this facility proper training on its coffee and donuts. Our men and woman in uniform and civilians who support the base mission deserve to have consistency and good quality food products. If this cannot happen close it down.

Well since they decided to be on base only it is not worth the hassle to get what is a mediocre doughnut nor does delivery work all that well as the dasher Uber eats guys don’t generally do it because it’s on base ….and daylight makes better doughnuts anyway
