First time dining here. Quiet atmosphere during lunch time. Tried the BBQ & Katsu mix. Chicken was very crispy and had like a panko crust. The BBQ was flavorful as well. I’m not a fan of macaroni salad, so that was a no for me. Spam musubi was good. They had sauces located next to the self serve beverage area. Food gloves are available for sanitary purposes. Looking forward to trying other items as well.

I have to stick with the mini chicken plate!!! Very good food. I got the single order of spam and one egg a la carte. Not on the menu so you have to ask for it. Thankfully I did or else was going to buy a spam plate. Friendly service.

Ordered spam Musubi and this is what I get. I tried Sending this to customer service but oddly enough it didn’t wanna accept it, it kept saying fail then I tried Another one and it said fail. Bunch of lazy workers who clearly didn’t pass high school or something.

I came in Saturday morning and was welcomed in with an “aloha” followed with a smile. I ordered a curry chicken katsu and a regular chicken katsu both with an extra side and a small drink. I paid 25 dollars which I considered reasonable due to being located in the mall. The curry was blan and thin (watery), our chicken katsu was super fresh!! hot and crispy!! sides were good as well. All & all my experience was ok. Not coming here again though mainly because the wait time, price and the curry.(i like good curry ok)

I guess three stars because the food was definitely missing something. Comparing to the other one in stockton near downtown. And in regards to customer service, when they call out a number, definitely would be great of they were nicer. There was only me and one other customer who had just arrived. Definitely didn’t feel comfortable afterwards. But the person who attended me who also called out my order number was very nice and helpful. But I think he’ll need to work on a different way of grabbing the customers attention when the customer is sitting down waiting for the order.
