There is a reason I gave you 3stars. My dear friend really likes your food. Sat Aug 26 she treated me to lunch. Now, she likes onions and wants to make sure there plenty (i also am fond of onions) However, someone at your place went overboard. food was good but the milkshake was too thick and was like straight ice cream. the chili cheese fries i ordered didn’t have any chili on them and there was not much fries on the box. service was quick and good which is a plus.

The 2 am cruise to cook out is always a favorite of mine. I know that you have a ton of options. But when its 1 in the morning, you get cookout. Its cheap, milkshakes are divine, and the food is good for the price.

The girl was pretty much yelling at us through the speaker and would let us order without interrupting and yelling over us THEN we got our food and my husband’s food was so hot it melted through his Styrofoam container and into my Styrofoam container! Absolutely ridiculous!

Absolutely horrible customer service! Employees in the drive through are not concerned at all with the fact that you are a paying customer at a restaurant and they are literally there to take your order. Don’t worry they will unhappily take your order once they have time, after they’ve finished the personal conversation they are having as you just sit there waiting. Also, same thing once you get to the window. Please don’t be rude and expect them to interrupt their personal conversations to wait on you. Be patient and wait 45 minutes for a bland, pathetic sized, old, cold, low quality meal as they socialize. Also, please stop with the unreasonable expectations of a greeting or smile…be happy with the constant eye rolls for goodness sake! And please do not question the results of what you ordered VS what you received. You don’t even know what you want. You are simply mistaken. What you receive is correct and you are just confused. You only THOUGHT you wanted no lettuce or tomatoes. You REALLY truly wanted cardboard between a random carb that is 5 days past the expiration date and you definitely wanted the lettuce and tomato. Man. Humble yourselves, people! Jeesh!
