Wanted to create my own bowl, ordered chicken, sweet potato, brown rice, onions and peppers. Very simple. First they let me know the cook mistakenly added sweet potato fries. I was gracious enough to accept it anyway. Then I realized they didn’t add the onions and peppers either. I asked if they could just make it over and was told that the “boss” said no. The food was ok, but great customer service is how you keep customers coming back.

Have eaten here in the past and it was good, however our most recent time ordering food it was terrible. The chicken on the salad was unbelievably dry and the bison burger was so over done it was inedible. Seems as though the quality control here has gone out the window, not what you expect when you’re paying $35 for 2 very basic items. Consider another health food place before ordering from here.

My sister is a special-needs dentist that asked me to watch her kids and she would order food and this is what came. When she called the girl on the phone was so rude saying well I didn’t box it so how would I know. That’s not how you handle something like this you say I’m really sorry and we will send you another one. She was running out the door to see patients so now I’m making the kids other food after they cried for 15 minutes because they wanted pizza. How do you send out a brownie that has rancid nuts on it that clearly smelled through the wrapper? They look terrible for this franchise. And their reviews on every page recollect that my sister is just kind and likes to support small business. And she likes to eat healthier,But clearly there’s nothing healthy about this establishment and Need need to revamp their staff. If your chef is sending out pizza like this he obviously wants you to fail.

Only been here 3 times. First two were a great experience, third time I ordered a salmon bowl with zoodles and brown rice With a side of fries. The salmon was the tiniest portion I’ve ever seen and the fries were burnt. Definitely did not enjoy paying $25 for this meal.

First and last time I’m eating here. Ordered a juice and salad. I received a smoothie, which was GROSS, watery and not what I ordered. Remember, I ordered a juice. The salad was missing its dressing, so essentially the salad was dry. Just gross. Low quality.

Bad experience. I asked for a vegan option and ordered a veggy burger. It was under cooked. The owner was very nice and had them re-do it. The prep staff was constantly chatting while making the food and not wearing a mask. The new burger patty was better but The fries tasted like some kind of meat and I could smell eggs on the bun. I wanted to ask for a refund but the owner was very polite so I didn’t but I don’t plan on returning unless changes are made.

I use to go to the location in Deer Park and West Babylon so I have always loved the food. We ordered our food today at the bellmore location by phone. It sucks to say we wasted $55 because the food not only was wrong but tasted so bad. We ordered the Texas burger and confirmed with the girl when picking up the order and when I got home it was a plain Turkey burger with no taste and it did not taste cooked. More like it was put on the grill completely frozen. The sweet potato fries were not only some what burnt but they also tasted half cooked. We called back in regards to the burger being wrong and instead of offering a credit or to remake it she said “ I heard you ask for a Turkey burger not anything else” . The wrap that was ordered tasted really bland and the açaí bowl was missing ingredients. We will never order from here again.
