New open in bellevue square so I gave it a try. The food itself is so so, the soup is too oily (to me), but it’s not the reason I gave 3 star. The major reason for me to remove 2 stars is because of the service, I’m not feel comfortable with the staff, feels like they don’t want customers, feels so cold with them while ordering. And when I waiting for a while and go to them to ask “may I know how long should I expect to wait? It’s already about 15 min”, and the lady told me “ not yet, just wait.”

The seatings are nice. Pho was okay. Although there was no service, everything is self served. I think the store should have instructions on how to order and where to get drinks, etc.. to avoid confusion. I was wondering if I should clean up the table after eating.

This is a good outlet to opt for authentic Vietnamese pho or soup. We tried out the Chicken and vegetarian phos and were amazed by the experience. The offerings were sumptuous in quantity and delicious to taste. They have good seating space and a nice ambience to go along with

The customer service was great and the wait time was very short, approximately 2 minutes. Took my order and had my food in around 2 minutes. I got the Pho with Rounded Steak and Tendons. It was pretty good and decent amount of portion and although it wasn’t the best pho I have ever had, still enjoyed it! The broth was pretty flavorful in my opinion and made me feel full and I was feeling pretty hungry. The restaraunt was clean as well, always a great bonus.

The service was not just very friendly and personable, I absolutely cannot believe how fast the service was! My bowl of pho was ready before I could even choose my seat…wow! It was overflowing with noodles and veggies and totally hot the spot! If you like pho, or if you’ve never tried it, stop in and enjoy some!

Tasty Bellevue
Some guy who works at the mall recommended this pho place so I tried. First, it’s not like ordinary pho place where the server comes to your table and get order/serve your meal. It’s more like Mcdonalds. You go to their order counter and order. They will call your number when your food is ready. Then you grab the tray from the counter.
