We’ve been going here for decades and the food never disappoints. It’s a family owned business and the quality of their food surpasses other places selling similar food (their ham salad is amazing, and we’ve always ordered our holiday hams and smoked turkey through them. Occasionally, we order a half ham for weekend dinners but you can also purchase them by the slice).

Picked up my order of ham I was asked if I wanted extra glaze I took this as an offer of extra glaze. When I got home and checked my receipt, I was charged 7.99. When I called to question this. I was told that I was being aggressive for questioning the small container of glaze for 7.99. I should have been told that there was a charge for it. He told me I should have asked if there was a charge I’ve been getting my holiday hams from there for the past several years, but the response that I got today, I don’t know if I want to go back

I stopped at Kohl’s to check out a few things. My belly was grumbling & I wanted to give them a try. Nice sized menu, after a couple of minutes I ordered a roast beef & cheddar w/ lettuce, onions on a croissant. Not bad but the roast beef was well done, I like it a little pink. The service was good, not long of a wait. Wouth a look.

Long time customer from when they were heavenly ham in union square. Always positives from staff to food, until today. I will no longer be spending anymore of my dollars here as today i was in store and had a less then favorable interaction with an employee who clearly was making a false statement about pricing/substitutions on a box lunch. The side salad was was awful either a different maker or new refipe. I was truley surprised to see a ham.classic now contains one piece of ham.
