Came through July 31 at 1:31 am and the order take took at least 5 min to say anything then proceed to say she couldn’t find the order and so we pulled right back around with the same name and the order was made with zero ice in or drinks and lady on window had zero customer service experience or something

Newly renovated. Love the mobile app ordering. You don’t really get to interact with the staff now when you go inside. But the staff member I did deal with was very nice. I’ll go here again!

Came through the drive thru with my friend after 12 am and we ordered a few things like i just got two of the Fiesta potato bowls and I will say that they were really good My friend ordered a mexican pizza and she ordered #2 of the #12 piece Cinnabon Delights. We drove away and she pulled out a Cinnabon and gave one to me and ate one herself. I had never had tried before from Taco Bell, as I rarely frequent Taco Bell! But they were smacking and I wanted another one she reaches in the bag and there is no more!! We got a lousy #2 whole Cinnabons, she ordered a total of #24! So we were down the way a bit and had to come back. The manager was very helpful when we returned. We did have to wait for them to make them, but the manager gave my friend a coupon for a free Taco Which she was thrilled about

Drive thru line is not moving! Been in line for 30 mins and there’s no way to move out of the line. Pretty much stuck.

In the photo you will see a supreme burrito on the left, even though I ordered a beefy five layer in the new chicken taco box. On the right is the “new” chicken taco. As you can see the new chicken taco is a two bite wonder. Sold on taco Bell’s website for $1.49. I am not even sure it is worth that much. Very disappointed.

Great Food however the cashier said i must order from the touchscreens to order because thats the way they do things now. Sad when I dont understand the touchscreens and they didn’t even ask if i need assistance. I just had to stand there hungry while others got their food in front of me, thankfully the touchscreen finally started working so i could get my order which ended up wrong, so just left and went to Panera

Paid $25 to eat old stale gross fries and potatoes. This makes me never want to eat from here again. Food tasted like it sat for days!

It’s really hit or miss here if it’s even open. I have had good food and service here and bad food and service here. 58 location is the same story. When you get poor service, the food is bad too. It typically goes hand in hand. When service is good, the food is good. If someone sounds like they are having a bad day at the drive through or at the counter, you probably just want to say no thank you and drive away if you can, or risk your order probably being messed up or very poorly made. Taco Bell needs to fix this, at this location and also the one on 58… it’s simple, quit hiring burn outs and losers, plain and simple.. and the managers need to grow up and quit being burn outs and losers themselves. I don’t think Taco Bell drug tests their employees anymore. It would probably benefit them if they did that, and provided good merit increases for good performance.

Worst taco bell in the area. They never give you enough sauces. They refuse to give you more than 5 sauces per order. I ask for extra fire sauce every time for my 6-7 items. I get 5 sauces. I ask for extra sauce at the window, they give me another five sauces. I’m a sauce man, I sauce things up. I’m saucy. You are what you eat.
