Whichever manager was on duty March 21st in the evening needs customer service training. I was told at 4pm that the restaurant could do a catering delivery order for tomorrow. At 6pm the story changed and the manager said he’d have to call around to see if someone could deliver. He called me back at 8pm saying they were closing and he couldn’t find anyone to deliver the catering order. I asked if I could place the order through Doordash or if there was a way he could request a driver service, which a lot of restaurants are able to do in 2023 he said he had no idea. He became very rude and hung up the phone on me. Because Mexican restaurants are so easy to find, I will just find another that could deliver. Good luck to the business owners with that guy representing their business
