Alderwood Mall Food Court: Worst experience at any Chipotle! Went there on 01/06/23 at 6:55 pm on Friday. The line was long (Time of wait: 27 minutes) & kept moving at a snail’s pace. I noticed that they were 90% focusing on mobile orders. When I finally got up to front I had to wait as everyone before me even more minutes again. The management is so terrible that they were focusing on mobile orders. This caused a very long line in the Food Court. I inquired about it and Josh who was at the cash register was very rude. He gaslighted and insisted that they don’t focus on mobile orders, which is obviously not what I had just witnessed. I was disappointed with his abrupt & rude disposition. I won’t be back to patron this Chipotle. Needs better managers that focus on customer service.

Ordered brown rice bowl and rice was not fully cooked. They also ran out of steak and salsa. Would recommend to try some other places in the food court

Go to any other chipotle besides this one!! They are always out of everything – except for their “online orders” – they will tell you they are out of pico or rice and you will see it and they will say “those are for online orders only.” This has happened to me more times than not and I am done with this restaurant.

Usually I have great experiences and am satisfied with Chipotle, but something seems to be off with this location, the other reviews here seem to agree.. The bowl they made me was cold and wet – dripping with water, and the portions were small.

I ordered from them and there were 2 flies in my food and i when to get my money back and they told me It was normal for flies to be in the food because there lettuce is organic and they clean it the best they can that is not a good enough reason I could have gotten sick from that and I’m not sure if there was even more flies in my food and I hope I didn’t eat them I don’t recommend this Chipotle at all eat at a different one.
