Only one star because it’s required. I had to get new tires next door so while that was happening I did a mobile order. This was around 1230 pm on April 15, 2023. My son and I walked next door to Burger King about 20 minutes later to get our order. First problem is the didn’t have it ready and was asking me what was on my order. I’m thinking can’t you see these orders. Got our food finally and as we are eating I watch the fry kid clear his throat over the fries multiple times, munching on fries multiple times and several workers including the fry kid didn’t have gloves. One worker had gloves that she apparently had on for a while because there were no fingers in the gloves. No way this place would’ve passed if they got inspected today.

Why can this place not include sauce? Every single order I get doesn’t have the sauce. 16 piece nuggets, missing half the nuggets and none of the sauce I asked for. Also, my No Mayo burger…was made Only Mayo. Really aggravating to spend money and not receive what you pay for. Also, my delivery driver said they were rude when she asked about making sure everything was correct. They sealed the bag. Going to have to stop getting food from this location if they cannot get their employees trained correctly. It is explicitly written on the order receipt.

Just went through Drive thru and of course since it’s raining heavily & lightening, they were only taking cash. Had to drive to Racetrac across the street to get cash, then when I got my order, the fries taste like pure salt. I couldn’t even taste the fries, they were so salty. I got home and had to take each fry and dust them off in order for my 4yo to be able to eat them. I threw mine away. I tried calling to let them know to lay off the salt, but in calling 3 times, nobody would answer and no, they weren’t busy. There was zero cars in the drive thru when I left. Never going back to this place.

The WORST!!! Waited in drive thru for 45 minutes to be told they was about to close (which was at 6) remind you they had 20 cars after me getting served. I reached out to the store owner (chase) to be told he will look into it and hung up. The workers and managers thought it was funny they locked their doors remind you I was just waiting in line. I drove out then they come to the windows and continue to serve others. Please do not go to this Burger King.
