Gotta give 5 star considering price and what i had thus far I guess should tell ) best hot / sour soup I yet to try ( made vegetarian ) if do not say they throw fresh pork in there. ( reason hesitant one night called and was told ” no more ” ( ran out ) lmk if know of better hot/sour ” soup ” this is my number one. ( vegetable lo mein with side dumpling sauce )

I was a huge fan of this restaurant the old owners were great since the restaurant was taken over the quality has gone from 10 to 3.5 the wings are hard and crusty as the wings are yesterday’s and been refried. I gave them several chances but they always fail to impress and for some reason the total price they charge is always more than the menu price even with tax included. I brought two shrimp egg rolls and was over charged 70 cents. When you dispute them their english mysteriously gets unintelligible. I am done with this place I’ll never go back . Their food is horrible and the service is worse.

We have been going to Luen Hop for years and is has always been good. This time we went and the rice was crunchy and the Geberal Taos chicken was so rubbery neither dish was editable. I called to complain and she said she was sorry but then she called me back and said she would replace it. I went back a week later and she told me that she could not do that so I told her to keep the order on the counter and that she had just lost a long time customer.
