Usually not a big fan of Taco Bell, but I really do enjoy this location. The service is always very good and the employees are quite the characters. We really enjoy ordering from them, and the food is always super good. I highly recommend the Grilled Cheese Burrito!! Absolutely amazing, especially for Taco Bell.

This location is falling into disrepair and it just looks dirty inside. I’ve drawn the line here and won’t be going back. they don’t clean the walls in the dining room like ever, the floors and baseboards in the kitchen are disgusting and don’t even get me started on the soda machine and bathrooms. Gross. If you eat here, good luck not getting sick.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Tried going here a few weeks ago, and the place was open, locked, with employees at the back door on their phones. Today I finally got to order, wish I didn’t. Ordered food for my friends and I. Didn’t put items on that were requested, had to wait 15 minutes for a simple order, didn’t give us items I ordered and forgot the cheese to my nacho fries. Also really lively crew….. Fantastic job Taco Bell of Carrollwood, you are a true winner

11007 North Dale Mabry Highway. I experienced today another bad day at Taco bell. The service at Taco Bell’s have been really really really really really bad. To the owners that own Taco Bell shut them all down. You owners are getting filthy rich. For hiring some filthy employees and having bad employees. It’s either doors are locked, food is cold, or the person is Stone and so high that they don’t even know how to make the food. I’ll be happy if all the Taco Bells were closed down. No one has Pride or empathy in the work anymore. Just let it go hopefully I don’t get sick by eating cold bacon and sausage burrito.

Sign on the door says they close at 10p but at 9:15 they refused to service us unless we went through the drive thru, even though the order was already placed on the kiosk. And then laughed about it. The employees are extremely unprofessional. They even refused to hand over hot sauce packets unless you went through the drive thru even though the lobby was still open (hence why I could walk in and ask for the sauce).

I drive a work truck that I drive daily. Been to many fast food establishments. Only use the drive threw. At this location only was rudely told my truck was too big and it’s my tires that didn’t ring the bell. Even thoght my truck is under the hight limit. So I went inside to place a order and instead of being helped I was told it was kiosk only at the time. I will never go back to this establishment to even give them the time or money.

I tried to order through the drive thru. I sat at the speaker for over five minutes, saying ‘hello’ louder and louder. I even honked my car horn. There were two cars in front of me, so I know that orders were being taken. Cars were starting to form a line behind me. Eventually a young man said ‘sorry, didn’t hear you, you can order when you’re ready’. I don’t understand how they did not hear me if they were doing their job correctly. There was also an employee sitting outside on the curb. I told the young man I sat there for so long that I no longer wanted to order. I went to a different location, out of my way. Never going here again.

Seems to be a trend clearly the women on the night shift are NASTY. Just straight up rude for nothing. Do better taco bell.. I mean yeah it’s fast food.. expections aren’t super high but dang if you hate people so much go work somewhere where you don’t gotta deal with them. The women had my child in tears with their RUDE, NASTY ATTITUDE.

An absolutely amazing and kind crew! The cook did an amazing job making bean burritos to fix a huge pregnancy craving agter being at busch gardens all day! and everyone was so kind!! Definitely recommend this location of taco bell!!
