Tark’s Grill is a very nice restaurant in the Greenspring Station mall. There’s plenty of free parking. The ambiance is quite nice, and the food is excellent. There’s indoor and outdoor seating, and the outside seating is protected from some of the elements.

This was my first visit at Tark’s. It is a nice place and has an elevated casual feel. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and professional. For my appetizer, I ordered the calamari which had a good taste and fried perfectly. I ordered the BBQ short rib for my entrée and it came with mashed potatoes and green beans. It looked really good and had a good taste, but I think it should’ve been more tender. Others in my party enjoyed the salmon, egg rolls, and chicken wings.

Nice vibe. Good food. Good drinks. Love the eclectic mix of customers. Every time I’ve gone I’ve had really good food. My only issue is that I was not able to get the food that I wanted it. Ordered one meal and about 15 to 20 minutes later I was told that they had ran out of the Bronzini dish. 5 people ordered this dish and only 2 got it. Phil took care of us. Don’t think it was his fault but I think it is miscommunication in the kitchen. I really wanted to try it so I was disappointed.. Great service. Arlene did an exceptional job.

A lovely afternoon at Tark’s. The food was top notch. My shrimp Salad wrap was excellent and generously sized. The only glitch was service oriented. We were at our table for in excess of 15 minutes and hadn’t been approached. A member of our party had to go to the reception desk to complain. Other than that, would definitely return

Stopped in here while I was waiting on someone having a doctors appointment Near by. It was lunch time during the week, but very busy. I sat at the inside bar and was greeted & served very quickly. I ordered the tuna poke bowl and it came out crazy fast, probably in like 5 minutes. It was very good and fresh. I can’t remember my servers name, but he was very attentive. Good experience!

So they give free bread, which is tasty; I enjoyed my meal which was the pasta (crab bucatini-$28) but my friend didn’t enjoy theirs (pan seared salmon-$30) HOWEVER the ‘cheesesteak spring rolls’ were so divine and delicious 4 for $15.
