There’s plenty of room here at this place, looks small on outside but it’s not small. Decorative inside and beautiful. Very clean in and out. Food is so yummy and delicious. We ordered chicken fajitas and chicken/steak fajitas and meat very tender and spiced perfectly. Salsa is so good, perfect salsa. Chips were warm and delicious.This is a must stop and eat here. It’s delicious. Our new place to eat. Staff very friendly. We could tell all the food is fresh. Yummy.

Just left the restaurant with a to go order. Ordered 2 cheese enchiladas and the meal with 1 cheese and 1 chicken enchilada with rice and beans. Got home and only had 2 beef enchiladas with beans and rice. Called and got nothing from the person who answered, asked to speak with the manager and was told he was not there( a lie) . Don’t waste your money

My wife and I went here after her Drs appointment.we usually go to Joes Italian, but decided to go here. I’m not really a fan of Mexican food, but I do like some things. She had the taco salad and I had the fajita salad. They came in a large fresh taco type shaped bowl. He meat under the veggies was hot and seasoned perfectly. I asked for something hot for my dish, but had to settle for the hot sauce on the table, to my surprise it was a habanero based red hot sauce very delicious. The service was excellent! My only complaint was the lack of English spoken, although I got to use the Spanish I took in high school. We will definitely go back!!

Tried this new location after having been a regular customer at the Dove Park (Mandeville) restaurant for several years. My chili relleno was delicious and my wife’s shredded beef chimichanga was excellent— just as good as the Dove Park location. Our server was friendly and attentive. El Rancho in Ponchatoula is off to a great start.

Wow! I’m very surprised, and quite tickled! We just had lunch here for the first time. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was good, and the food was outstanding. I almost felt like I was home, instead of Ponchatoula, Louisiana. We will definitely be returning.
