Ordered a pick up to go today got to restaurant and I thought they were closed. Went into entry door/stand room was met with a horrible odor and a rude person. They tried to change my order size on my fried rice. After I argued with them they fixed it. Got home and opened my food. The fried rice was slimy and looked like white rice with chunks of scrap chicken in it. The main course was bland and dry and tasted bad. The crab Rangoon was rubbery and tasted and smelled fishy. It is a total waste of time and money. If I could give negative stars I would.

Terrible customer service was being rushed while ordering. Also the fried rice was terrible it was just plain rice not even fried the way fried rice should be. The chicken was hard and seemed old as if it was just reheated. Would not go back or recommend.

This is the best food I have ordered! The noodles are so nice and soft and thick and the soups are amazing. Everything has great flavor without being greasy or salty! It was easy to order online! My food was ready so quickly and Nina and Steve are just the most kind and pleasant! Best restaurant in Shawano! Give it a try!

This was my first experience with this restaurant, but the customer service was poor both on the phone and in person. I ordered a shrimp lo mein that came with spaghetti noodles, which was a first.. and unfortunately lacked flavor. I won’t be going here again.

Ordering online was quick and easy. The food quality and taste was good and what you find in American Chinese takeout. We ordered quite alot to have a good variety to sample. Everything we ordered was excellant. The person who took care of me at the restaurant was very nice and helpful. I really love this place and highly recommend it if you want take out.

We drove the approximate 30 miles to Shawano to try this place. Even though the service was a bit less than enthusiastic, we’d go back in a heartbeat! I am not exaggerating when I say the food is excellent! The sauces were delicate and flavorful, veggies were obviously fresh and well cooked. This is a not to be missed option for Chinese food!

Great food as always! We love the fried rice. We are from the Fox Valley area and did a day trip to Shawano County park. Then on the way back, we had to stop here. I wish we could eat in. Miss that. But understand. Keep up the great food. We will be back very soon.
