I saw this was close to terminal A51, so I decided to give this place a shot. The gentleman at the front asked me to try the chicken gyro. I told him I’ll hard pass on that cause I’m a New Yorker, and I’d probably be upset. I saw they had Patty Melt and gave it a shot. It came out pretty decent for airport food. Generally, Airport food isn’t always the best and pricey, so this was a surprise. The bread had a crunch, beef was well seasoned, and I doused mine in ranch. No complains here… I’m a happy camper and relaxed to board!!

Airport food is going to be airport food. Leo’s at DTW does an okay job though most of it is very overpriced. I had four hours to burn off so I spent much of it here and since I was not in a rush, the slow timing of my meal worked in my favor.

Review is for the dine in portion. Three booths were available but my partner and I were escorted to the back and placed next to a family with a toddler in a high chair. There wasn’t room to get into the seat without disturbing moving the table to maneuver around. I requested a change of table kindly but I was ignored. Shortly after, a single white male was seated by the same manager with a yellow hat at one of the booths. Instead of dine in we ordered to go instead, and they forgot the soup from our order. Food was average but I would definitely try another place in the future.

Detroit Airport Concourse A for Aaaaaaaa+!! Huge Clüb Sandwhichè (Detroit in its own language now right??) and the fresh made tea was really good – I’ll get it again for sure. Probably the nicest person in the airport took my order, and the other nicest person handed me my to go bag! Dine in or carry out, its your call. But I’m saying – call this one a Go To Eatery!

Headed out of MI and need to eat before our flight. We wanted a restaurant close to our gate, so we dropped in to Leo’s. We usually eat at National in our neck of the woods. Great decision to give them a try.

A good place for breakfast, with a layover in Detroit. Coffee helps after getting up at 3am! Eggs, omelettes, lots of bacon. Nothing sensational – but a good value for airport food.

Thought it tasted fine, attentive service. Overpriced but it’s an airport. Maybe not considerate to other passengers to woof down two chili dogs before my flight but that’s life

The food was not good at all! The hash browns were old and they put them back on the griddle to recrisp them. They were crunchy like make chips. They sat a slice of cheese on top of some eggs that were not hot enough to melt the cheese, and my omelette was long skinny and clearly only had one slice of cheese in it. Never again!!!

So they weren’t serving breakfast al day like the non-airport Leo’s do which is fine. Unfortunately this limited the vegetarian options. I ordered a veggie pita for myself and my husband ordered the gyro combo. The gyro was OK but had waay to much onion. The veggie pita should be renamed to an onion pita. We had no complaints about the staff they were very nice. Our food came. Out to about 35 dollars before tip.
