This is the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. They repeatedly mess up my order. Even though I order ONLINE where everything is conveniently LISTED, and LABELED. Every time you ask to speak to a manager, they hide behind their employees. They’ve messed up my order the past FIVE times I’ve been here. I even gave it a 6 month break before trying this location again. What did they do? Give me my order WITHOUT my food. Then act completely shocked by it. Never coming to this Panda again. We got here at 8:15PM, and all their food was gone. They made the decision not to cook anything else for the night. Mind you Panda closes at 10PM. Several other families were in line with ours, and were told by staff there were other Panda locations they could go to. Just an overall bad experience.

The time I had to wait to order was not a problem until the lady started to make my food she was skimping me! I hate going to Panda Express because you never know what you are going to get! If they are in a good mood and having a good day they give you a good amount of food but other times you go and this give you baby portions! It’s seems like if you go when they are busy it’s worse like they don’t want to give you the correct amount of food because they don’t want to have to cook more! Like you guys are getting more expensive but giving out less and less food! I wanted to get a drink but I was already paying for food I wasn’t getting why add more!! This is horrible and your guys need to be better and more consistent! The most mess up part is rice and chicken is so cheap and they act like it’s gold or something!! You can keep the hard, old, and dry rice! You have lost a customer!! I will just go to my local Asian restaurant! Their food is better, made fresh, and they DON’T SKIMP YOU ON FOOD THAT IS ALREADY CHEAP!!!

I go to this Panda Express once a week. The portions get smaller each time I go. I understand inflation, but either do smaller portions or raise prices but NOT both! The walnut shrimp today was half the size, but I still received the same 7 and paid the up charge! Better off going to a restaurant.

I ordered a bowl with white rice and orange chicken. There was 4-6 small pieces (bite size) of chicken in my bowl and the reason I gave it an over all 3. They raised the price and significantly reduced the portion. This seems consistent amongst all Panda Express.

The restaurant was a little short staffed which is happening quite a bit in the industry. Despite the staff shortage, the young lady who took care of me was friendly and efficient. She was able to handle the crowd that was forming behind me. The young man in the kitchen was super efficient and was able to be one step ahead of the Service Crew. The food tasted good and was fulfilling. If you need a quick and tasty bite to eat, I highly recommend this location to everyone!

Our family use to visit this store. It was a weekly event, but recently things would be missing. Always a side item. We call the store to tell them and no answer ever. The following week we asked if they would provide the missed item. They asked if we called, I said yes but no one answered the phone. They asked for a receipt and I said I didn’t have it from a week ago. They said, nothing we can do. Ok, fine, it was a $2 item. Point is, we paid for it and never got it. So, now you won’t get any of our business. We will visit the taco place next door to you. They are honest and always check their bags before we leave.

One of the better locations for Panda. Most locations have been very stingy with the food, but charging more for a lesser amount. This one was somewhat the same, but it was a reasonable portion at the least. I’m satisfied. Just wish they didn’t reduce the amount of food given.
