Went there for lunch and the food was cold and way over seasoned. I tried to brush off the seasoning but I didn’t have much luck, it was stuck to all the grease. I ended up throwing my lunch in the trash. Never Again

The initial experience with the cashier was very good, he was very attentive and cheerful. However, once I got my food I was pretty disappointed. I ordered a 6 fingers plate at the “go big” size. While I did receive 6 chicken fingers, the size of each was about the size of a chicken nugget at McDonalds. Which was not worth the money I paid. Additionally, there were hardly any fries in the container and I did pay extra to have more fries. One whole spot in the container was empty, again not worth the money that was paid for the meal. Lastly, while the fries were cooked well and tasted great, the chicken tasted old and stale, like it had been siting for about 30 minutes. With all the options in the area, I would suggest if you want to get your money’s worth go somewhere else.

Always great. Only issue, bought a family pack chicken tender meal and only recieved two Zaxby sauces. Asked for two more since we got 20 tenders and was asked to pay for them. We get two when you get the 6 tenders. Not right.

Since this Zaxby’s location has been open, I have dined in on multiple occasions. Each time it has been an excellent experience. The drive thru is fast as well and the food is always hot. Zaxbys has a very polite and professional staff too!

Check your food when you go here. I order the 6 finger plate, and at least 5-6 times I have had only 3-4 chicken fingers in the meal. I think they do it on purpose to try and save money. I’ve also ordered a chicken salad that came with no chicken, and they have also simply left out entire meals. I sometimes forget to check the bags, and its really frustrating. There drive through is also pretty slow.
