I am not upset about the food. I don’t like having to ring up my own order. I am not employed by any restaurant or grocery store and I appreciate real customer service. I thought kiosks and self checkout stations were optional for the customer to choose. This is the second time at this location that we were not greeted upon entering and told we had to use a kiosk to order our food. I like Taco Bell food but I won’t patronize a business that doesn’t offer personal service with a smile. My husband and I simply turned and left when it became clear that we were not going to be waited on.

I love Taco Bell but this location and the one on cheff highway are really disappointing. They don’t pay attention to your order my last 4 orders have been wrong and so was my UberEATS order. Please check your bag before you leave.

Ordered taco supreme, no sure what i got but it wasnt taco supreme and cost twice as much. An diabetic and have to limit carbs. The tea was unsweetened as ordered.
