Went here for some drinks for the nurses at UMMC 3RD FLOOR. The staff was pleasant and understanding of my many orders (which apparently was not as big as I thought since they said they get many more, and more intricate ones). They got all the orders correct and they even gave me cup holders! I will go back again sometime if the nurses need another pick-me-up! 🙂

I went today because there was a buy one get one deal being marketed on the app, and they would not take. I don’t understand why they can’t. I literally used the app to pay. The deal said that I can ask my barista to apply it. There used to be a time where we could use those deals at this location, I don’t know what happened.

No seating! Been to many before without any problems whatsoever! Was there on May 5, 2023 at around 10a.m. Cappuccino coffee did not taste like cappuccino or coffee for that matter. One of the attendants (tall & slim lady) was rude. Asked for 3 Splendas with the guy who was polite but then he got sidetracked, then the tall slim lady came to the front & I asked her for 3 Splendas thinking that the guy forgot. So the tall slim lady tells me, “you can only get one” but at the same time the guy returned and gave me the 3 Splendas in front of her & she walked away. That tall slim lady was very rude, that if looks could kill, I’d be dead. No excuse for being nasty, she really should be replaced! Not going there anymore!

Really small and not much seating. But the staff are quick and friendly. You have to go into Target to go to Starbucks, which isn’t a huge deal, but wish this could be expanded/updated to better create a more typical cafe atmosphere that didn’t make it feel like it’s just a coffee counter at the front of a department store. It’s always so busy that I would think there’s be enough demand to justify a healthy upgrade to the location.

I go there and there was one lady that was nothing but rude screaming at her coworkers and all she started to get upset with me not knowing what to drink and i only took a few seconds to figure out what i wanted she was giving me nasty looks the whole time i’ve never had a problem with starbucks before but after this incident it really shows how people shouldn’t work in customer service very disappointed how i was treated
