I can’t even begin with how disappointed I was with this experience. I went to try the new chicken sandwich. I guess I didn’t order correctly because I asked for the $9.99 special and I didn’t get my drink. The cashier (manager) didn’t care and sent me on my way. I inquired and was given a cup of water. Customer service sucks. Next time I’ll make my own at home.

I ordered original chicken, and not only was it oily, it smelled like old grease. You know how you cook frozen food in a deep fryer, that’s what I received. So I went to exchange it, and the server gave me 2 new breasts, and to my surprise.. it was also smelly and tasted terrible. So I just ate the corn and biscuit. I threw the chicken breasts to the neighbors dog to eat. TERRIBLE

I got chicken from here 4/25/2023 at around 6:01pm. The chicken was old and dried out. I couldn’t eat it so I had to throw it away. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to do this from this location, but I wanted KFC and this was the most convenient one. I don’t know what’s going on with this KFC but they need to do better. I threw away $13. I was on my way to work and had to do a 12 hour shift with nothing but a bag of chips on my stomach. Not happy and this will be the last time I give this KFC any of my money.
