The first time we were trying JIM’s! The service was fantastic! I tried the Spanish Dog with sauce, onions, cheese, and a shredded chicken sandwich. Others in our group had the steak, onion, mozzarella sandwich, and the 1/4 cheeseburger with everything. We also ordered fries. The folks who had the Root Beer say it’s the best they’ve ever had, including the Root Beer float. You can eat in your car or sit on one of their two picnic tables. This is a Cash Only place, but the prices are very reasonable! The service was fantastic and friendly! And the food was out quickly! Now we can say we’ve tried a Spanish Dog from Jim’s!

I really enjoy this place. Very old school, the server comes to your car, takes your order. When they bring out your food, the tray is hung on your car window, and you can’t forget to get the root beer it’s so good, secret recipe.

One of my all time favorite places to grab a quick bite to eat. Great food and the staff are always very nice and quick. If you like a good chile dog and an ice cold root beer this place will not disappoint. I highly recommend to check them out its a great spring/summer treat.

I go looking for root beer stands all over. Most places have a weak, creamy root beer that tastes more like a vanilla cream soda. Not Jim’s! This tastes like real root beer! Highly recommended!
