Pulled up to the drive through at 8:20 PM and was advised “we’re on a 30 minute break” Ma’am y’all close at 9:00 Slightly sad, and still hungry I exited out the lot passing several employees in the parking lot. I haven’t had KFC in a really long time. I had a taste for some bit there isn’t one near me. Will attempt another time and update my review.

Not sure if they are having staffing issues, but drive tru is always a gamble and the inside may take 10min or more to place your order. Also choosing their special mountain dew is like playing Russian roulette it could be good or fizzy water. I hope things improve as things get back to normal.

Just left KFC downtown Tuscaloosa 11/2/22 at 8:40 pm and was told at the drive thru that they ran out of EVERYTHING. REALLY??!! If you dont want to cook anything just say that, because there is no way you ran out of Everything. Smh So we just went to old reliable Northport KFC that closes at 9:30. They were happy to take my order.
