I am a bit disappointed with what I got. We used to go to slims all the time and now it’s obvious that the changes that were made were not for the better. The potato salad doesn’t seem as fresh. They used to use red potatoes and now it’s not as good with what seems like just russet. Also there was so much grease coming out of it. The Mac n cheese also used to be creamy and rich and this time it was like just melted shredded cheese on noodles with no flavor. The fried pickles were nearly unedibly salty. The chicken was good still at least.

The food here is made to order and fresh. The service is what you’d expect with post covid restaurants, it gets by but can take longer as most restaurants remain short staffed. I love their chicken tenders, they are not as heavily breaded as most places and sub fried pickles as my side usually Great dipping sauces, but the cayenne ranch is my favorite. My lunch was $17, up from last year but about what you should expect with the increases in food and labor costs restaurants have seen this year.

Got wings & fried mushrooms. Wings were super dry & my fried mushrooms smelled like dirty feet. I was sick all night. When the hell was the last time your oil was changed? So gross. All I can say that’s good was I had a great strawberry shake. I will never eat there again.

The chicken was fresh made, and the fried okra was the freshest, fresh breaded we ever have had in Oklahoma! Thanks for a wonderful time!

The tables needed cleaned off and the floors needed swept and the bathrooms were disgusting I didn’t even want to take my daughter to the restroom there. Food was good but need to work on cleanliness I won’t be back to this location.
