We ordered slushys and they were not slushy at all. I barely had any ice pieces in it but we didn’t complain and just left. We did eat burgers the week before and they just seemed smaller , everything about it. I use to love there burgers and the way they packaged them, they held together better . Just not happy with them as much as before!

Had a gift card and you can only use them in the app. Loaded the card and drove all the way there… Put in .y order and the app wouldn’t let us check out… Why? This location refuses to use the app! Horrible experience. How could a brand new store not take advantage of corporate technology.

Always takes forever to get my food when i order on the app . I work directly across from this fast food restaurant and spend money here everyday. . I have resisted from puting a bad review but this is the 6th time I’ve had an issue. I’m patient. I’ve worked in restaurants before so I understand but this boy walked past me 2 times after saying he’d be right back and rolled his eyes at my because I looked his way wondering why I was being ignored. I won’t say names but this is just poor management and the employees seem lazy. I miss the old sonic so very bad. They were top notch. ❤️

Opened fairly recently (so it’s super clean!) & it seems they still are adjusting to the overwhelming crowds at times but I still can’t claim to have had a bad experience. The service is just slightly slow but no more than is expected when I can see how busy they are.

I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers WITH NO ONIONS and two small Reeses Blasts. I got two cheeseburgers LOADED with onions, and NO BACON. I got one Resses Blast and one M&M Blast. There is no excuse for this. I will not be back.
