This Arby’s went way down. I went in to order food. The gal who took my order had no manners what so ever. One of her co-workers decided that I was the jerk. Then the tables were not clean. I finally found one that was ok. So, I left the tray on the table and told the employees that I will not he returning. All I got was a smile.

When we first got our beefy cheddar sandwiches, the cheddar was more on the wrappers than the sandwiches but they remade our food and it was ok. The fries tasted a little old but what can you expect from fast food?

Pour one out for the loss of their potato cakes, but what can I say, Arby’s is good. Double roast beef with copious Arby’s sauce and a dab or two of horsey sauce with each bite- it’s a top-3 level fast food meal at worst.

I had a wonderful experience at this location, and it was all thanks to Tyler. He spoke with me while he and the workers were attempting to make it through an evening rush and prepare my mobile order. He made ne really feel at home, and when my very large order of food and drinks was prepared He even walked ot to my vehicle carrying the drinks. Tyler truly has wonderful customer service and is an invaluable asset in any retail/customer service setting.

Place is a joke..wrong or missing parts of the order..people need proper training…or be able to read ..then when u go back to let them know..they look at you with a stupid look and it does take forever to get it right
