New to Jackson and thought this place would be similar to the one in Barnesville. Highly dissatisfied. My husband ordered 2 grilled chicken salads. Over 30 minutes later, we finally received the salads which consisted of shredded lettuce (turning colors/old), diced tomatoes, chicken breast & shredded cheese. The entire salad tasted of dish water and wasn’t edible. Pretty upsetting and doubtful I’ll be returning. Also I recommend the staff doesn’t come outside to change our trash cans with bare hands and the kitchen aprons on.

Today, I went to pick up my order and I waited in line and I was behind another guy who had to go to his car and get his wallet so the cashier couldn’t take anymore orders, so this customer rudely cut in front of me and told the cashier that she was here to pick up her order, mind you so was I so she gives her order to the other cashier, and I told the cashier that I was in line first and she stated well she’s just here to pick up her order so let me take care of her first when I was there before this customer! Very bad Customer service

Most of the time, chicken is fresh & hot. Order lines are not together . Cashier can be rude @ time & slam the window in your face. They are expensive, and then they charge for using a card.

The taste of this food is truly amazing and when I close my eyes I can still taste the food hanging on my taste buds in my mouth to this day, I live in Macon and this place is located in Jackson. So to say the drive is worth the taste if understatement. The truly hidden treasure it’s in the customer service the manager will always over exceed your expectations.

A Friday and the first of the month, you would assume food would be good. Had to wait on chicken wings to cook, only to be put on top of those tough, brown fries that should have been put in the trash and not sold. Couldn’t even eat them. Just ridiculous ♀️I won’t be back for a while…
