Would put zero stars if I could. I usually order carry out but this was my first time ordering delivery. 05/02/2023 Our driver delivered the pizza across the street and did not wait for a response at the door. They just put it there and left. Thankfully we have nice neighbors and they brought it over to us. Not to mention an hour and 15 mins had already gone by on a Tuesday. So our pizza was at about room temp as well, certainly not even warm anymore. When I called back I spoke to Brianna, who very clearly did not care at all. She had the “I really don’t care about your complaint” attitude and offered no coupons or replacement pizza. She didn’t even apologize, she only said “I’ll talk to the driver if you want”.

They should have their license to operate removed, they are selling food expired. Not just me but many have taste food expired in their food. Please don’t buy food from this place. I am a customer and I don’t want you to put your money in the trash. This location is nasty and so their food. Dirty employees = dirty food.

I tried ordering at 11 pm online and couldn’t. The store closes at 12 am so I called the store and was told I could place a carryout or delivery order. I requested carryout and was then told I could not place a carryout order but delivery was available. When I asked why they would offer carryout if was not an option… they told me it was part of the script. What a joke. I live right across the street and refuse to pay the $5 delivery fee plus tip when I can walk across to pick up my order. Requested to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to a number that continued to ring for over 10 minutes. Save you’re time & money and buy from dominos

What in the world is this pizza even ordered a medium pepperoni Meatball with extra cheese. There’s 1 whole Meatball and 2 pepperoni slices on EACH SLICE by the crust!? Called to ask if this is how they make pizza now, all the girl said was sorry we’ll do better. Never answered my question if this is how they make pizza normally…. not spreading the toppings around. This is the strangest, most hilarious but frustrating pizza I have ever come across in my life

This is the first time I have ever had to leave a semi negative review for Papa Johns. The pizza arrived in a acceptable time but the delivery man knocked and apologized because he said the delivery instructions said to leave the pizza at the door? It was 56 degrees out? Also the pizza was in it’s normal box and not in an insulated carrier? The pizza was almost cold and we had to reheat it. That has never happened before. I gave three stars because the pizza was still good after we reheated it and I don’t think it was the delivery drivers fault. Delivering cold pizza with instructions to leave it at the door on a cold night is a good way to lose good customers.

The food was decent, although they forgot our jalapeno bites… The entire staff was so disorganized. No one communicated, not a single smile on anyone’s faces. I watched them drop my box on the floor and THEN put my pizza in it. Sure it was the outside of the box but… Eew… The phone never stopped ringing because no one was answering it.
