Somewhat noisy when it is very busy because it’s a small place. Waitress was very good at making sure we got everything we wanted. Food came out very quickly. Food was hot and was very tasty. I tried something new. Eggplant eggs Benedict. It was really tasty. Reasonably priced for good food.

This is a wonderful eatery. Very friendly staff. Not expensive. Tasty comfort food. The food is worth a return trip! It gets busy, so you might wait. 6/6/21: It was nice to eat here again. The workers are always so nice, & the food is quite tasty. My friends & I ate here in June, 2021. It’s always an enjoyable time, with friendly efficient staff & tasty food that is not expensive. 1/9/22: I like this diner so much. The lady waitress remembered me from my last visit. The food is always great.

The food was very overpriced for it being a pretty mediocre breakfast. I got the meat lover omelette with hash browns and burnt toast… The omelette was also extremely lacking any flavor. Despite the food itself I will say the service is excellent, and the waitress on staff are very friendly. I might come back again just because of the service, but I will most defiantly be trying something new.

Billy’s is the best family restaurant in Rochester! My family and I went there on Saturday morning, and this is what we ordered. My kids had chocolate chip pancakes and Oreo pancakes, my Husband had french toast and eggs and bacon, I had this amazing cinnamon swirl french toast. The food here is amazing!!We love coming here every weekend, and the staff is so nice, they make you feel right at home!! So if your craving some great home cook food, give Billy’s a try!!! You will Love it tooo!!!
