This is the absolute best place the food was outstanding. The service is phenomenal. Every employee that was working came over to ask how everything was even the cook came to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. They went above and beyond. First visit to a Waffle House in a while. Noted the trimmed down menu, I was looking forward to an Omelet and it was not on the menu anymore. We had the Grits Bowls and they were very good. They were short staffed with a new cook on the grill, a trainee waiter and the Manager was waiting tables. She was pressed but her experience and professionalism was obvious. She did very well.

Usually I eat here and everything is just great. But, tonight the service was awful. Walked in the place and most of the tables were dirty. The waiter and cook both seemed high. The waiter took our order but gave us no silverware. Then brought our order, never even asked if we needed anything else. Also he never brought out our waffles we ordered. Had to ask for them twice before they even cooked them. So why was this a hard task when we were the only people in the place??? Customer service, cleanliness, and atmosphere are awful here late at night.

Went in the morning and the server got us the wrong drinks and took even longer to get us the correct drinks. The food was decent but we found egg shells on our bread, lint on the eggs, and the gritz were expired. Our check also listed the wrong drinks and no apology was ever given for their mess ups. The place was also dirty with dust and dead flies on the windowsills.

The overall experience was not one that you would expect from waffle house. The waitress announced it would be a 15 minute wait which was fine but only 2 customers eating at the time. Then when ordering she preceded to tell there was no bacon or grits. But there was 8 bags of grits on the shelf in plain sight. Was very disappointed in this visit. The cook was more helpful than the waitress.

My wife and I grabbed a quick breakfast here on a road trip. The eggs were undercooked and swimming in oil. The bacon was crisp and delicious. The atmosphere is nothing to talk about. Our server was fine. The cost was $19. We decided will drive through McDonalds next time and grab two sausage egg mcmuffins for about 1/2 the price.

Service was horrible. Waitress ignored us for 10 minutes upon us arriving. Waitress was talking on her phone via earphones while taking our order. We were the only customers and had to ask for menus and ask multiple times for water and coffee. Waffles were thinner than pancakes. Had to ask for knives and syrup. Definitely a very bad experience.

THE COOK WAS REALLY IS INTO COOKING. HE FIXED ME A REALLY GREAT SANDWICH JUST THE WAY I WANTED IT AND THE WAITRESS WAS SWEET AS SHE CAN BE. SHE MADE SURE THAT I WAS REALLY TAKEN GOOD CARE OF. THEY BOTH WERE VERY POLITE AND THE COOK OPENED THE DOOR FOR ME DUE TO MY HEALTH CONDITIONS. THE COOK TOOK TIME TO HELP ME IN HOPE HULL ALABAMA. THE RESTROOMS AND THE RESTRAUNT WERE BOTH IMMACULATELY CLEAN GOOD ATMOSPHERE. THE OUTSIDE WAS CLEAN JUST AS WELL AS THE INSIDE. 100%
